SMS Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 27, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SMS messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Beacon by ASF Services. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Terms.
Program name
Beacon by ASF Services.
Program description
The Program sends SMS appointment reminders to participants who have opted in. Reminders relate to appointments scheduled in connection with case management services provided by ASF Services through the Beacon platform.
How to opt in
You may opt in to the Program by providing your mobile number and consenting through the Beacon platform, or by replying with an opt-in keyword (such as SUBSCRIBE or START) to a message from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided or that you are authorized to opt in that number.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the number and timing of your scheduled appointments. You should expect to receive reminder-related messages only when an appointment is upcoming or changes.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider, and are determined by your wireless plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details. ASF Services does not charge a separate fee for the Program.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program. We may send a final confirmation message acknowledging that you have opted out. After that, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message from us for support information. You can also contact us directly at support@asfservices.com.
Supported carriers
The Program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery
Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. ASF Services is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to factors outside of our control.
Privacy
Your use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our messaging operations is permitted only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to participate in the Program.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after we post updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
